China-UK Innovation Park (CIPUK) provides high quality professional incubation, consulting and agency services to Chinese enterprises and entrepreneurs intending to invest and do business in the UK. It also promotes business cooperation between Britain and China by assisting British companies doing business with China.

The establishment and operation of CIPUK are promoted and supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MOST), Invest UK and Invest East of England. It is a part of the cooperation plan agreed by government ministers of both countries in "2002 Sino-British Forum", aimed at improving and strengthening the collaborative links between China and UK.

CIPUK is the first business incubator of its type in Europe, offering One-Stop services to aid Chinese investors, enterprises and promotion agencies to open subsidiaries and/or representative offices in the UK. It also offers services to business visitors from China by providing temporary offices, secretarial, commercial and language support, enabling them to smoothly conduct various business activities in the UK at affordable costs.

CIPUK will also promote technology and business export from Britain to China, through providing services to bridge technology, business and trade exchange between the two countries.
